YUSHA (medicated soup)

Ingredients:
- Green gram- 50g
- Water- 100ml
- Salt - 5 g
- Pepper - a pinch
- Anveshan Gir Cow Ghee - 15 ml
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds - 6 seeds
- Curry leaves - as per taste
- Lemon juice - a few drops
Method:
- Cook the green gram and take out the water.
- Add salt to the water.
- Roast the pepper on a low flame and crush it. Add to the water.
- Boil for 2-3 minutes. Season it with fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, and curry leaves.
- Add lemon juice and serve hot.
