Baked Gulkand Gujiya

Ingredients:
- Refined flour (maida)- 100g
- Chironji- 20g
- Desiccated coconut- 20g
- Khoya- 50g
- Cardamom powder- 10g
- Ghee- 1 tbsp
- Anveshan Mishri Gulkand- 30g
- Saffron- 1g
- Sugar- 100g
Method:
- In kadhai/pan, prepare the stuffing with chironji, coconut, mawa, saffron, Anveshan mishri gulkand, and cardamom.
- Knead dough with flour, ghee, and water.
- Let it rest for 2 hours.
- Make round balls and roll them like discs. Cut the disc in half and fill it with the prepared stuffing. Close the corners and shape it like a gujiya.
- Bake them at 180 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes, till they turn brown.
- Brush with ghee and decorate with silver leaf.
